As part of a total renovation, which also included functional renovation, micropiles were used and trenches dug to produce
a two-level underground car park in a heavily built up urban area. Traditional materials were chosen for the interiors, such as exposed brickwork and stone, and textured plasters were used on the job, such as fine-textured silicate or lime plaster. The ceiling beams are in fir, which has been brushed and white washed, while seminato veneziano (a reconstituted marble like terrazzo), industrial parquet and resin are used for floors. The building houses twenty-two guest rooms with a restaurant, bar and even a petanque court. Underground car park for 35 cars.
